"Seacote" has a disabled persons bedroom and bathroom.
All bed linen and towels are included in the weekly rental, as is the cost of gas and electricity.
All properties have fully fitted kitchens and include washing machines and tumble driers, ( except in “Castleview” which has no tumble drier), microwaves and fan ovens with variable grills (except “The Stables” which has no oven and where we will do your laundry for you in our adjoining commercial laundry)
All but “Am Bothan” and “The Stables” have a dishwasher, all have either a fridge freezer or as a minimum a fridge with ice box.
All have outside rotary clothes driers, and sheds for cycle and general storage except for “Castleview”. All have off street parking for one or more vehicles, except “The Stables” where parking is on street.
All garden areas are fenced and gated, (No garden with “Castleview”, there is a decked outside area only at “The Stables”).
Shared equipment includes mobile BBQ's, child’s cot and high chair.
Most have full Sky TV package, or as a minimum freeview, DVD Home Cinema, and Wireless Broadband access
An honesty Box is provided to pay for any phone calls made where phones are provided.
We have a DVD collection of 350 titles, extensive library and PS2 with 30 games
Dogs are very welcome except in “Castle View”. We may charge a small cleaning fee and please let us know beforehand when bringing your dog with you. Guests who wish to smoke are requested to do so outside.
