About the property
To the rear of "Seacote" is Am Bothan, which was originally built as an extension to the main building. There are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 bunk) with built in wardrobes. The shower room is equipped with a powerful shower fed off the gas "combi" boiler which also provides the central heating.
The lounge area and kitchen are open plan and a large settee / day bed is provided which can provide additional sleeping provision if required. There is a fenced garden area with an extensive lawn , which has been used by kids for pitching their tents!
