27 Perceval Road is a newly refurbished and spacious town property. There are three en suite bedrooms, two doubles and a super-king zip and link bed which can be split into a set of 3ft single beds.

There are Freeview TVs in the bedrooms and Sky TV in the lounge. The flat to the rear (27a Perceval Rd) can be opened into the kitchen to provide a forth en suite bedroom if required and available. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave oven, fan oven and gas hob. Gas central heating and off road parking for two vehicles.

There is though no garden and so we don't think it a very suitable property for those guests wanting to bring dogs.
